Who We Serve
Indigenous People around the Salish Sea
We are committed to serving the Indigenous communities of the Salish Sea Area, working hand in hand with individuals who seek to reclaim their ancestral foodways and strengthen their connection to the land.
Individuals Seeking Food as Medicine
We welcome those who recognize the transformative potential of food as medicine. Whether you're exploring the healing properties of traditional ingredients or seeking to integrate Indigenous knowledge into your wellness journey, we're here to support you.
What We Do
Rethink Your Drink- Native Infusion
Our Native Infusion program encourages you to reimagine your beverage choices by incorporating traditional Indigenous drinks. From revitalizing herbal teas to nutrient-rich broths, we offer workshops and resources to help you rediscover the nourishing power of ancestral beverages.
Food is Medicine
At Feed Seven Generations, we believe that food is more than just sustenance - it's medicine for the body, mind, and spirit. Our Food is Medicine program promotes holistic wellness through culturally appropriate nutrition education, cooking classes, and recipe development inspired by Indigenous traditions.
Train the Trainer
Through our Train the Trainer initiative, we equip community leaders with the knowledge and skills to advocate for food sovereignty within their own tribes. By fostering local expertise and leadership, we aim to create sustainable, grassroots movements that prioritize Indigenous health and wellness.
Indigenous Youth Engagement
We are passionate about nurturing the next generation of Indigenous leaders. Through classroom education, youth workshops, and hands-on learning experiences, we empower Indigenous youth to reclaim their food heritage, cultivate ancestral knowledge, and become advocates for community health and resilience.
